Resilience as the Cornerstone of Growth in Widowhood
Recently, I’ve been prepping for an interview for Road to Resilience podcast produced by Mount Sinai Health System in NYC, Icahn School of Medicine. A podcast that brings you stories and insights to help you thrive in a challenging world. I’m honored to be the first to introduce the topic of widowhood on this podcast, both the lived experience and building a vital resilient community at Modern Widows Club.
In the pre-interview, our team discussed Dr. Louise Hawkley, senior researcher scientist at NORC University of Chicago, and her studies on loneliness highlighted on their podcast episode, “Only The Lonely”.
