I had a dream last night about what kind of experience would happen if a woman became widowed and found herself living in the “The Best City to Become a Widow”. From active response to acute needs, to short term and long term needs she will face in the years to come. There would be a complete awareness and alignment in the best ways a community can support someone in a vulnerable and survivor experience in all ways - religiously, socially, politically, medically, financially, legally and publicly.
Yes. What would be the best case scenario experience to counterbalance the off balance impact of losing a spouse? Since no-one can deny that being in widowhood is the worst case scenario and number one most stressful life event throwing each woman towards the deeply exhausting business of death while in the throws of deep and shocking grief.
