The immediacy of need for support is far reaching in every culture and most people around the world are completely unaware of this public health and social crisis.
This is the advocacy work of Modern Widows Club. Critical for the least and last to be seen and heard. Somedays, I cannot express the vast need for response that has historically been everywhere and nowhere at the same time. We project that by the end of 2026, our cumulative 7-year total for direct services provided to widows will exceed 2.1 million.
Imagine all the joy and love 300 million global #widows have given as wives, caregivers, mothers, grandmothers, daughters, sisters, aunts and when their time comes, and they look for support, they find sparse resources at every turn.
